Description

Please provide a donation for your student’s classroom so we can ensure all materials and supplies needed for 5th grade can be purchased and that we have enough funds to cover admission and transportation fees on the planned field trips as follows:
  • De Anza Planetarium
  • Scholastic monthly subscriptions 
  • Planner
  • Science and art supplies

** 5th grade outdoor school in November will be a separate donation
